These settings are located at Channel>Channel Settings>Amazon Settings and are useful, especially if you are using a different language than English for Amazon. StoreAutomator imports reports from remote channels in English by default.
You can set the language preference as English and use the “Import from Channel” feature. You can also set the encoding format to import the reports as per the selected format.
