Sometimes SA customer support agents will ask you to provide inventory level access to your Amazon Seller Central Account.
Here is a help link from amazon website on how to provide this access.
Please provide access to "firstname.lastname@example.org" email.
After sending the invitation to StoreAutomator, please let your contact agent know that the invitation is waiting for acceptance. After the agent accepts the invitation you can log into your Amazon Seller Central account and set the level of access the agent requested on the user permission setting page in Seller Central.
Please only provide inventory level access.
