How to Trigger Resend Tracking Information for Multiple Orders

You can use bulk tracking for the orders that need to be triggered. This action is useful, if you have lots of orders, want to send their shipment information together in one push. It saves you from entering multiple orders’ history sections to trigger their shipment. Thanks to this action, you can choose multiple orders and send their tracking information without an ease.

Here are the steps you need to follow:

1- Go to “Orders>Sales Orders” and select the orders you want to address.

2- Click the “Trigger” button and click “Resend Tracking”.

After these steps, StoreAutomator will send the tracking information of the selected orders for the marketplaces.
