How to Manage Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment Orders
Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) is a third-party logistics (3PL) service that taps into Amazon’s vast fulfillment network and experienced team to handle the picking, packing, shipping, and delivery of orders from your non-Amazon sales channels. With this service, you can fulfill your other channels' orders from your FBA warehouses.
To set this up in StoreAutomator, which channels orders that you want to be fulfilled by Amazon from FBA, you need to do the following steps.
- Go to the channel > channel settings > common
- Click on the warehouse tab
- Select the corresponding FBA warehouse by clicking the plus sign
- Click on the Save button in the bottom right corner
Doing this, when you have the orders from the selected channel, the orders will be dropshipped and will go to Amazon as the supplier. The purchase order will be created for Amazon that you can see in the purchase orders. Also, the FBA quantity will be adjusted automatically.
For example, if you set this up for your eBay channel, your eBay orders will be downloaded to SA as usual but with this case, since it will be fulfilled from your FBA inventory, so that’s why the order will be dropshipped and supplied by Amazon.
