How to Download Cancelled/Refunded Orders Report Through StoreAutomator

You can easily request a Canceled/Refunded orders report through SA.

1. Navigate to Reports > Request Reports on the left hand navigation menu

2. Find Canceled/Refunded Orders Report and click on “Download” button

3. A pop-up will appear after clicking on the download button. You can select “All Time” or any period from dropdown menu according to your need

All Time: Selecting this option gives you a report of all Canceled/Refunded Orders saved on the SA so far

Last Week: This option gives the report for the last 7 days

Last Month: This option gives the report for the last 30 days

Last Year: This option gives the report for the last 365 days

Custom Range: This option allows you to select two date ranges

4. After selecting any of these options, click on “OK” button and your report will be downloadable on Notifications.
