To successfully send offers to Bed Bath & Beyond channel, tax codes need to be imported into SA separately using an excel file.
Each category has a different tax code. A list of Avalara tax codes can be requested from the Bed Bath & Beyond team, and it varies depending on the categories you have.
To prepare a file of tax codes, you only need two columns. One for the item’s SKU which can be written as the screenshot below showing the channel number at the beginning of the line, and the second column for the corresponding tax code of the category of that item. The screenshot below is showing a sample file.
Please note that 2866 is just an example channel number. You can obtain your channel number by hovering over the sync button on the SA dashboard
