Status Legend

There are 4 statuses in StoreAutomator. Each status box represents the current item status on the selected channel and is color coded to give you meaningful information at a glance.

Generally, if a box is not green then this is something you may want to check.

Box 1- Publish Status:

When this box is green, it means that the item’s Publish Status is enabled. If it is gray, item status is disabled for the selected channel. You cannot click this status box.

Box 2- Inclusion Status:

This status box is clickable so you can quickly include or exclude certain products. Green means that the item is included in the channel. Gray means that the item is excluded from the channel.

We have also included specific letters to represent the reason for inclusion.

If the inclusion box is “B”, it means that this product was included/excluded with the brand inclusion.

If the inclusion box is “C”, it means that this product was included/excluded by channel.

If the inclusion box is “F”, it means that this product was included/excluded by filter.

If the inclusion box doesn’t have a letter, it means that this product is included/excluded manually.

If you are including/excluding products with bulk action or just from the status box manually, no letters will be seen on the second status box in order to resemble the action. Depending on the action you have done, it will be green if the product was included or will be gray if the product was excluded.

Box 3- Remote Status:

This box represents the remote channel status. If the item is active on the remote channel, it will be green. If the item is inactive on the channel, it will be gray. This status box is also informational.

Box 4- Sync Status:

This box represents the item status on the remote channel after syncing the channel. If the process was successful, the first item will pass to processing status (Blue), then it will be successfully published (Green) or get an error (Red). You can also get a warning (Yellow) but this does not affect the listing status in most cases. You can only click the warning or error statuses. Other statuses are not clickable.
