You can cancel an order, by entering a reason for cancellation.
After navigating to the order you want to cancel you can use the “Cancel Order” button (see screenshot) to cancel the order with the sales channel. You will also need to choose the reason for cancellation from the pop-up screen.
Canceling can only happen after we have received the order but before you or your partner has shipped.
Canceling at this level may be necessary for a variety of reasons including as:no inventory, a bad shipping address, address is not covered by the selected carrier, a customer cancellation, etc
Please note, depending on the channel, the cancellation reason options may differ. Canceling an order does not initiate an automatic refund; the refund amount has to be manually issued.
