Take advantage of StoreAutomator’s seamless integration with EOM
StoreAutomator and EOM are integration partners and together we have created an easy to use, fast and reliable integration that can usually be set up in just 5 simple steps.
Username
EOM will have assigned an "Owner username email" for your company and this is utilized in the integration so please locate this from in EOM account.
Here is how to find the email, click on your username, which is at the top right corner and click on "Profile Settings". In the next page, click on "Company" under Extensiv Hub menu, and you can find "Owner User Email" in this page, copy the email.
Next log into StoreAutomator and create a user account for this user. Even though you will never use this account, it is necessary for the integration. Go to Settings>Account>Users and Click on Add User button, towards the top right corner. Enter the email to both User Name and Email textboxes, choose "Normal" for the user level and click on Create.
Once you have created the username in StoreAutomator you can proceed to the integration phase.
Integration Phase
1- Log back into your EOM Account, and view apps and click onto the "Order Manager” App
2- Click on Settings from the top menu and next click on "Order Manager Apps" from the left menu. This will take you to the EOM applications page
3- Search for StoreAutomator, accept conditions and install App
4- Doing this brings you back to SA and you can now see EOM as a channel.
5- As a final step, please you will need to select an EOM Warehouse. To do that select Extensiv as your active channel, go to Channel>Channel Settings>Extensiv Settings and click on Quantity download settings tab. There, underneath Extensiv warehouses, select your main warehouse and click save.
Life after Integration
After the integration has been set up you need to add products to your new EOM channel. Use inclusion control or the filter for products that are "Not in channel" to include products.
After you have added your products, you can proceed to turn on the sync switch to start sending products to your EOM account.
IMPORTANT NOTE
We recommend that your product data is in excellent condition before sending any information to EOM. Please ensure that all required information has been added, all pictures are correct and their latest versions, and all custom fields are also added and contain the latest valid information.
