To update images for existing products on eBay, you need to use the “Image Refresh” button from the force updates.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not use the “Image Refresh” button, your existing images will not be updated.
Here are the steps you need to follow:
1- Find and select the product on eBay channel and click “Force Update>Image Refresh”.
2- Sync the channel from the top left.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please, double check the enabled updates from “Channel>Channel Settings>Sync” tab and make sure that image updates are enabled for your eBay channel.
