When you are working at a product level then you can access some of the most common features from this menu. These actions will help you to quick access if you’re working on channel level. This action list can be changed depending on product type (parent, child).
When you click on the three-dot icon after selecting the product, various actions can be seen.
- Edit in Inventory:
You will be directed to the inventory level edit product page.
- Edit Template:
You will be directed to the item template page if you click this action.
- Edit Parent:
If you click this action, you will be directed to the parent item on channel level.
- Preview Template:
If you click this action, you will be directed to template preview where you can see the mapped fields and how they are populated on the item. This way, if there are any missing data, you can notice them with this quick access.
- Force Update:
If you click this action, force update (product data, quantity, price) will be sent to the channel with the sync action or scheduled updates.
- Force Update (Parent):
This action will only create an update feed for the parent to send with the next sync actions or scheduled update.
- Disable Product Data Update:
This action will disable the product data update for the selected item.
- Disable Quantity Update:
This action will disable the quantity update for the selected item.
- Disable Price Update:
This action will disable the price update for the selected item.
- Notes:
You can access the notes that are entered to the item.
