Channel Level Export by Template

You can export the products by template after creating a generic template in SA. 

This feature is useful to export data in the requested format. You do not have to use the SA bulk export format and can use your own export file format by setting up and using a generic template.  To create a generic template, you can read the article below.

Set Up Generic Templates

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are using this feature, you can only export the fields entered to the generic template. Therefore, kindly ensure that you have mapped related fields to the generic template.

Here are the steps you need to follow:

1- Go to your selected channel and select the products, then click to “Export>Export By Template>Channel Level”.

2- Select the generic template you have created and click “Export”.

3- Download the file from the “Notifications” from the top right.

In the exported file, you can see the headers as the generic template field format you have created. If there are any overrides on the products, you export the inventory level file and start to compare differences. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 This file shows the data depends on the channel you have exported the file. Because each channel may have different channel overrides on the same products.
