Error Code 73
This error is caused by including parents without children. Listings cannot be created without child items. If you are creating a parent-child relationship on eBay, you need to provide child items to eBay.
Solution:
After selecting children, you need to include the children into your eBay channel.
Then, select the parent and children to send full product data updates to eBay.
