You can easily use the “GetTranslations” functions from the selected channel to StoreAutomator. With this option, SA will get the remote channel’s products if they are in different languages. This is useful when you are not using English. This way, you can get the translated data for existing products in inventory.
Depending on your product count, the process may take some time. You will be notified after the process ends.
Here are the steps:
1- After you click the Channel>Channel Products, click the “Import from Channel” from the top right of the screen.
2- Choose the “GetTranslations” from the dropdown menu as the import type.
3- Tick the “Confirm Import” before importing.
NOTE: You can also prefer to download all the products data from the remote channel by ticking the “Download All” option. With this, you can download all the product information from the remote channel.
4- After the import is completed, you can click the “Notifications” from the top right and see the result.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Any “import from channel” action permanently changes your data. Please choose with caution.
You can only access the result for the channel you imported even if you see the result in Notifications. Please be sure you are in the right channel when downloading or opening the result.
