You can edit the description and short description by exporting them. You can also export the tags (bullet points, target audience, search tags…) with this option. You can easily upload back into SA, after the changings.
Here are the steps:
1- Select the products you want to export and go to “Export>Descriptions”.
2- Download the file from the “Notifications” from the top right.
These are the fields in the file.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you are entering your data into the related fields, please fill the empty cells within the order. (First bullet point 1, then bullet point_2) Otherwise, you are most likely to get an error when you upload the file into SA.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to delete a specific field data, you must leave the cells as empty. This action will delete the data which you have already in SA, when you upload the file back into SA.
3- After the changes, upload the file back into SA.
