StoreAutomator enables you to manually remove reserved quantities.
Go to Inventory and select Products. Search for the SKU that you want to edit the reserved quantity for and click on the quantity.
You will be able to see the quantity that StoreAutomator has assigned as reserved for that SKU, as well as the warehouse it is located in.
Next, go to Inventory and select Warehouses. Find the relevant warehouse and click open.
Search for the SKU you want to edit and click the edit button. This will bring up the Warehouse Item editor.
Navigate to the Quantity tab and change the Reserved Quantity to "0". Don't forget to save the changes.
By following these steps, you can add your reserved stock back to your On Hand stock.
