You can see some of the most common Newegg listing errors for missing or incorrect product data and other issues, below. You can either resolve these directly on the StoreAutomator platform by correcting or adding the missing data or they can be resolved on Newegg Seller Central.
Solving Newegg Errors on StoreAutomator
Error: It is required: [Manufacturer]
Solution: Add a manufacturer to the SKU's product data in SA and map the custom field to the template.
Error: It is required: [CountryOfOrigin]
Solution: Add Country of Origin to the product data in SA, map the custom field to the template.
Error: Please do not include the item's condition here. The system will automatically display this information on the site once your item has been created/ activated.
Solution: Remove the item condition from the related field (This can be Title or Description, Tags e.g.) and use only the Condition field to specify the condition type of the item.
Error: UPC must be a numeric string of at least 12 digits
Solution: Make sure that the product ids are correct and are 12 or more digits in length depending on its type. (UPC,EAN,GTIN e.g)
Error: Product Description - The value in the field: [Product Description] exceeds the maximum number of characters allowed: 
Solution: Edit your Description or enter Description Override up to be 4000 characters or less.
Error: Bullet Description - The value in the field: [BulletDescription] exceeds the maximum number of characters allowed: 
Solution: Edit your Bullet Points up to be 1000 characters or less.
Error: Product Description - The following HTML tags are not allowed: NN
Solution: Edit your Description to remove the HTML tags specified. Alternatively, you can use the Newegg Description Override field using only allowed HTML. For more information on which HTML tags are permitted, review Newegg's guidelines.
Error: The item cannot be activated because of the following reason: Has no image.
Solution: Add at least one or more images to your product.
Error: Item with the same UPC already exists in our system with a different

Solution: Match your data in SA to the UPC associated with the manufacturer and part number. Or you can use fast listing mode to connect to the existing listing without providing extra product data to Newegg.

Solution: Match your data in SA to the existing item listing. Or you can use fast listing mode to connect to the existing listing without providing extra product data to Newegg.
Errors that need to solve on directly Newegg
Error: Manufacturer - Manufacturer: [XXX] does not exist! Please submit your manufacturer request to Seller Portal at Manage Items > Manufacturer > Manufacturer Request
Solution: This means that the manufacturer data you are trying to list is not available on Newegg. Therefore, you need to add the manufacturer on Newegg. Go to your Newegg Seller Portal and submit a request to add your manufacturer.
Item(s) cannot activate due to item has been restricted
Solution: Contact with Newegg Seller Support about the item restriction.
Subcategory not available for your store
Solution: Contact with Newegg Marketplace Support to ask for the subcategory to be added.
