Filter Channel Errors by Error Codes

You can filter errors according to their error codes. Select a specific error code and easily take action to troubleshoot errors.

You can filter channel errors according to their error codes. By selecting a specific error code you will easily take action to troubleshoot certain types of errors.

Now you can also export the error messages for the selected items as a CSV file.

  1. Go to Channel > Channel Products

  2. Select “Errors” in the Status dropdown menu

  3. Select the error code you want to troubleshoot
