Connecting StoreAutomator Products to Existing Items in Mirakl Accounts: A Step-by-Step Guide

To connect the products you have in StoreAutomator with your published listings in any of your Mirakl accounts such as Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Belk, etc.. you need to follow the steps in this article. It's important to note that this integration is limited to items that are both published and have active offers on Mirakl platforms. Items that are pending or published without offers will not be connected.


As you may know, Mirakl has some listing requirements and rules that you need to adhere to in order to publish your items. If your data in StoreAutomator do not follow these requirements but you still need to connect these active items to SA to manage price and quantity, you can simply disable the Product Data Update for these items and only push Price and Quantity to create or update your offers. 

To do so, you can either disable the Product Data update at the channel level or at item’s level. 

To disable it at the channel level, go to channel>channel settings>common>sync tab and un- check the product data update (as shown below), then click on the Save button.

If you wish to only disable the product data to some of your items, then select these items under channel>channel products, click on the three dots menu and select Product Data Update and “Disable” to ensure that you will only push price and quantity to either update them if you have an active offer or to create a new offer if your item is published with no offers.
